Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia post real time rates. All orders within Australia are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: norman.guy@crocbelts.com

Orders shipped outside of Australia are shipped within 3 working days. Most products take between 10 to 14 days to arrive at their destination, however sometimes there are delays due to customs and domestic postal services that are outside of our control. Our Crocodile Leather products are all shipped with the relevant CITES permits, though customs inspections can slow the delivery times by a few days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All skins used are from farmed crocodiles, based on management practices of CITIES (Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species). Accordingly, all international orders the appropriate permits are issued. A charge of $10.00 per order is applicable for overseas customers. Orders shipped outside of Australia are shipped within 3 working days. Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at CROCBELTS. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 45 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

• Your name and address.
• A description of the item you are returning.
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
